Đánh giá các chiến lược điều khiển biến tần nhằm giảm quá điện áp trong lưới điện hạ áp

Sự thâm nhập nhanh chóng của các hệ thống điện mặt trời phân tán vào lưới điện phân phối hạ áp gây ra thách thức nghiêm trọng về hiện tượng quá điện áp tại các nút do trào lưu công suất ngược, đặc biệt trong những thời điểm bức xạ mặt trời cao nhưng phụ tải tiêu thụ lại ở mức thấp. Để giải quyết vấn đề này mà không làm suy giảm hiệu quả kinh tế, bài báo đề xuất áp dụng phương pháp điều khiển phối hợp linh hoạt công suất tác dụng và công suất phản kháng. Ưu điểm của FCAR là tận dụng tối đa khả năng điều khiển công suất phản kháng của biến tần trước khi cắt giảm công suất tác dụng. Thông qua mô phỏng bằng MATPOWER, hiệu quả của thuật toán FCAR được so sánh với các chiến lược điều khiển như cắt giảm công suất tác dụng và thiết lập hệ số công suất theo lịch trình. Kết quả nghiên cứu khẳng định hiệu quả của phương pháp FCAR, không chỉ khắc phục thành công việc kéo điện áp về giới hạn an toàn mà còn hạn chế lượng công suất tác dụng phải cắt giảm xuống chỉ còn 1,19%. Nghiên cứu minh chứng cho khả năng của phương pháp FCAR trong việc đánh đổi giữa việc đảm bảo độ tin cậy vận hành lưới điện và sử dụng tối đa lợi ích kinh tế của PV.
