Journal of Technical Education Science (JTE) with the ISSN: 1859-1272 (Vietnamese language) and ISSN: 2615-9740 (English language) is a specialized journal devoted for publication of researchers, scholars and experts in the fields of Technology, Science and Technical Education. JTE published its first Volume No.1/2006 in August 2006 under the publication license No.158/GP-BVHTT dated on December 1st, 2005, and later on under the license No.475/GP-BTTTT dated on December 4th, 2013, with a term of every 2 months.

All JTE issues comprise of peer-reviewed original research articles, review-articles and technical notes that highlight scientific and technological achievements in Fundamental Sciences, Technologies, Engineering and Education. The Journal is indexed in international databases, such as Google Scholar and Crossref, and plans to be indexed in the ACI system (ASEAN Citation Index) in 2023.

The journal has 100-120 pages, 21 x 29.7 cm, written in English and Vietnamese and published nationwide. This is a specialized journal that has reviews and there are four majors recognized by The State Council for Professorship of Viet Nam. 

1. Vehicle and Energy Engineering: 0-0.5 points
2. Mechanics: 0-0.25 points
3. Education: 0-0.5 points
4. Inter- Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Automatics: 0-0.5 points
