Publication Fee & Payment

To provide open access, JTE uses a business model to offset expenses – including those of peer review, journal production, and online hosting, archiving, and crossref–by charging a publication fee to the authors and institutions for publication in the journal. Publication fees are payable for articles upon acceptance.

Important note for author

- Author, please inform us via email jte@hcmute.edu.vn by attaching the scanned payment voucher upon successfully processing the fee as a confirmation of publication fees.
- After receiving the required publication fee, the journal will send the formal acceptance letter favoring the author (if required).
- In the case that the author has paid the fee, but then the author wants to withdraw the article, the JTE will not refund that fee. It will be used to pay the reviewers.
