Publication Process
The author submits their article to the editorial board through the journal's submission system. The Editorial Board (EB) will review and submit the article to the Editor-in-Chief for assessment of whether the article meets the content, structure, and format requirements set by the Journal of Technical Education Science.
Articles satisfying the requirements will be checked for plagiarism and sent for peer review by two experts. The reviewers will provide their comment based on specific criteria, focusing on four main aspects: the novelty of the article, scientific content and practical significance, scientific integrity (non-plagiarism, originality), and the article's uniqueness, quality, length, formatting, presentation, references, and conciseness.
Based on the peer review, the following conclusions can be reached:
- High-quality article: Accepted for publication without revision.
- Article requires revisions for re-evaluation by the reviewers. In this case, the author must make the necessary revisions and resubmit the revised draft to the editorial board for further evaluation.
- Reviewers may request multiple rounds of revisions until a final decision is reached.
- If both reviewers ultimately recommend rejection, the article will not be published in the journal.
- If one reviewer recommends publication and the other recommends rejection, the Editorial Board will send to a third reviewer to assess the article. Based on the third reviewer's conclusion, the Editorial Board will decide whether to accept the article for publication.
- Articles that do not meet the requirements at the Editor-in-Chief's initial evaluation or do not pass the plagiarism check will not be published.
The Secretary-General of the Editorial Board compiles and records the articles that have been approved for publication and submits them to the Editor-in-Chief for a final decision. After being approved for publication, the articles are sent to the editing department for language editing, formatting, and presentation according to the journal's guidelines.
The approved articles are saved on a computer for reporting purposes. These article files are then converted into PDF format and sent to the printing house for printing.
