Tác động của các thành phần độ tin cậy của Key Opinion Consumer (KOC) đến ý định mua hàng của Gen Z trên TikTok Shop tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Nghiên cứu thực hiện phân tích tác động của các thành phần độ tin cậy của người tiếp thị liên kết (KOC) đến ý định mua hàng của Gen Z trên TikTok Shop tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, các tác động này không được xem xét theo hướng trực tiếp mà được truyền dẫn thông qua vai trò trung gian của tâm lý FOMO. Dựa trên mô hình độ tin cậy nguồn thông tin, nghiên cứu xem xét bốn thành phần độc lập gồm sự chuyên môn, sự tin cậy, sự thu hút và một biến mở rộng là sự tương đồng. Phương pháp định lượng được áp dụng với 272 mẫu hợp lệ thu thập từ người dùng Gen Z (1997 and 2012) đang sinh sống hoặc học tập tại TP.HCM. Dữ liệu được phân tích qua SPSS và AMOS với các kỹ thuật Cronbach's Alpha, EFA, CFA, SEM và kiểm định trung gian bằng Bootstrap. Kết quả cho thấy cả bốn thành phần đều tác động tích cực và có ý nghĩa thống kê đến tâm lý FOMO, trong đó sự tin cậy (β = 0,418) có tác động mạnh nhất. FOMO (β = 0,652) được xác nhận là yếu tố ảnh hưởng lớn nhất đến ý định mua hàng, đồng thời đóng vai trò trung gian quan trọng trong cơ chế tác động từ độ tin cậy KOC đến hành vi tiêu dùng của Gen Z.
